These Terms apply only to the Site. Engagements for tax credits and incentives services are governed by separate written agreements between Sumit Credits and its clients.

The Site, including all text, images, graphics, logos, software, design elements, data, documentation, and other materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Sumit Credits and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the Content for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display any Content
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or alter any software or code on the Site
• Use the Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Sumit Credits.

You agree not to use the Site:

• In any manner that violates applicable laws
• To transmit harmful code, malware, viruses, or automated scripts
• To interfere with the operation or security of the Site
• To attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

The Site provides general information about tax credits, incentives, and related consulting services. This information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should not rely on any Content on the Site as a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.

Sumit Credits does not guarantee that information on the Site is accurate, current, complete, or applicable to your situation. Any reliance on the Content is at your own risk.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services. Engagements with Sumit Credits require a separate written agreement that governs:

• Scope of work
• Fees and billing
• Client responsibilities
• Confidentiality
• Legal and tax obligations

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a written services agreement, the services agreement will control.

SumIt Credits may use AI voice agents and other automated systems to answer calls, respond to messages, schedule communications, organize records, assist with tax-credit and incentive workflows, and take bounded actions in connected systems. By interacting with a SumIt-operated automated system, you acknowledge that some or all of the interaction may be handled by an automated system rather than a person.

AI voice agents may record, transcribe, and process calls to answer, route, schedule, log, and escalate them where legally permitted. SumIt Credits configures recording and automated-system notices for the applicable use case and jurisdiction. Call-recording consent, communications, do-not-call, and AI-disclosure requirements vary, and any party supplying contact data or communication instructions must do so lawfully.

Automated systems can be wrong. Their output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Users and clients remain responsible for human review where an error could cause harm, affect a filing or eligibility determination, or create a legal or similarly significant effect, and a path to a person will be maintained where the interaction requires one.

The permitted actions, recording settings, data retention, escalation rules, and human-review requirements for automated systems used in a consulting engagement may be further defined in the separate written agreement governing that engagement. Nothing on this website alone authorizes SumIt Credits to place calls, send messages, submit filings, or take actions on a client’s behalf.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. Sumit Credits does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their accuracy
• Their availability
• Their privacy practices
• Any harm resulting from your use of them

Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.

The Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumit Credits disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Security

• The Site will be free of viruses or harmful components

• Lost profits

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sumit Credits, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Site or any Content at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
