Win is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in economic development, negotiated incentives, state and federal tax credits, and indirect taxes in a variety of industries on a national basis. He is a trusted advisor with proven success in optimizing capital and operational spending through tax and non-tax savings, utilizing complex technical knowledge across multiple tax disciplines and transformative process improvement principles.

Win serves clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, energy, and transportation.

He has given public presentations regarding incentive topics to the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, and the Florida Economic Development Council. Win was a contributing author to CCH’s Business Incentives Guide for the states of Florida and North Carolina.

Win received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. Win is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.
